Ella is a farm-worker and educator who has been leading land-based programs for over a decade. She believes deeply in the paradigm-shifting capabilities of community and land connection. Having studied Community Development and Food Systems at the University of Vermont, her recent work has been with the regional movement of Agroforestry and Agroecology. Ella enjoys collective gardening and occasionally roasting a whole animal for community events.
